Spillage and environmental:

The product is not expected to be hazardous to the environment. It is soluble in water, forms a suspension, and solidifies, so it cannot enter the sewage system.

Mobility: Dry plaster is not volatile but might become airborne during handling operations.

Accidental release:  Pick up dry and harden with water.

After adding water: Dispose of it according to the local legislation. Avoid entry into the sewage water system. Dispose of the hardened product as plaster waste.
