HSEDocs Equality and Diversity Statement

Under the 2010 Equality Act, HSEDocs aim to avoid all discrimination against peoples protected characteristics and aim to abide by and promote equality legislation.

We are committed to ensuring that there is no unjustified discrimination in the recruitment, retention, treatment, training and development of staff on the basis of all protected characteristics set out within the Act.

We try to avoid unjustified discrimination which we recognise is a barrier to equality, diversity, inclusion, and human rights.

We have and will continue to be committed to implementing systems and controls aimed at ensuring that equality and diversity rights are followed and promoted within our organization, and any of our supply chains, and expect our suppliers to be vigilant throughout their own supply chain, ensuring the same commitment and high standards regarding equality and diversity.

We understand and recognise the value that different people bring different perspectives, ideas, knowledge, and culture, and that these differences are beneficial and an enhancement to a HSEDocs. And we believe the right to hold different view or beliefs should be encouraged providing these differences are not manifested in a way that is hostile or degrading to others.

We provide adequate and appropriate resources to implement this policy statement and promote it throughout our work force.
