Health risks: Prolonged and repeated contact with solvents over a long period may lead to permanent health problems. The severity of the symptoms described will vary depending on the concentration and the length of exposure. Organic solvents may depress the central nervous system, causing dizziness and intoxication, and at very high concentrations, unconsciousness and death.

Skin contact: Prolonged skin contact may cause redness and irritation.

Eye contact: There may be irritation and redness. The eyes may water profusely.

Ingestion: Fumes from the stomach may be inhaled, resulting in the same symptoms as inhalation. They may cause nausea, headache, dizziness, and intoxication. Nausea and stomach pain may occur.

Inhalation: In case of overexposure, organic solvents may depress the central nervous system, causing dizziness and intoxication, and at very high concentrations, unconsciousness and death.
