If your business turns over more than £36,000,000 annually, you are required to have a modern slavery policy published on your website which explains the steps your business is taking to reduce the possibility of human slavery across the supply chain.
Does a Small Business Need a Modern Slavery Policy?
No. You are only required to make a slavery and human trafficking statement each year if your business earns over a certain amount.
