Altrofix 139 COSHH Assessment Form

A three-page COSHH Assessment Form for Altrofix 139.
AltroFix W139 is a high-performance two-part polyurethane adhesive specifically formulated for the effective bonding of Altro Whiterock PVCu cladding systems. Ideal for both new construction and refurbishment projects, this adhesive excels in demanding hygienic environments and areas frequently exposed to moisture.
The application process involves a precise combination of a base component (Part A) and a hardener component (Part B), which initiates a chemical reaction that results in a robust, durable bond. This feature makes AltroFix particularly advantageous for environments such as hospitals, kitchens, and bathrooms, where cleanliness and water resistance are paramount.
Once mixed, the adhesive provides excellent initial grab and strength, ensuring that the cladding adheres securely to surfaces and withstands the rigours of everyday use. Its versatility and reliable performance make AltroFix a preferred choice for professionals seeking a long-lasting solution in both industrial and commercial settings.
